What this site collects

Tower of London Tours sets no analytics cookie, runs no advertising network and asks for no account. There is no contact form storing what you type; the address on the contact page is an ordinary mailbox.

The map

The Google map on the homepage does not load until you click it. Until then, nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set. Once you load it, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own policy.

Booking links

Booking links go to Viator, which is owned by Tripadvisor. Following one hands Viator your IP address, your browser details and a partner code that tells them the visit came from this site. What happens after that is covered by Viator’s and Tripadvisor’s own privacy policies, not by this one.

Server logs

The hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser string — for security and diagnostics. They are not linked to a person and are not used for profiling.

Your rights, and how to use them

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to hello@towerlondontours.com. Because this site holds no accounts and sets no tracking cookie, the honest answer in almost every case is that there is nothing on file.
