The best way to reach us is by email at hello@towerlondontours.com. We aim to reply within a couple of working days. Please note we're a small independent team, not a call centre, so email is the only way to get in touch.
We're glad to answer general questions about planning a visit — opening hours, what's included in a ticket, which tour suits which kind of traveller, and how to make the most of your time. For those, the FAQs and the visitor guide already cover a great deal.
What we can't do is manage a booking for you. When you book a tour or ticket, you book directly with the tour operator through the links on this site, and your confirmation, changes, cancellations and refunds are all handled by them. If you need to amend or cancel a booking, contact the operator using the details in your confirmation email.
